It had become apparent that some of our girls were so excited when a magazine reached out to them or a fashion designer asked one of our girls to walk in New York Fashion Show however, not all were legit businesses. Several of our girls lost upwards of $900 they were charged for a magazine cover or $1200. for a New York Fashion Show never understanding where the magazine or designer is now. They simply disappeared with no magazine, no fashion show and ultimately NO refunds.
I was tired of seeing people pay to do these things and then the business disappear after
collecting fees. That is how ITS In The Spotlight came to be.
We created a place and a book sent to over 2000 decision makers and an online site where girls and guys could be seen by decision makers but, safely. No last names are used in our Look Book or on Model Page. All inquiries come directly to ITS In The Spotlight to check for legitimacy, owners, and more. ITS In The Spotlight will be seen as the place to be for our Models, Actors and Entertainers safety, well being and advancement. Although, we do not guarantee work, we will work hard to promote you and work to get you paid assignments.
What are we looking for? We look for girls and guys ages 3 and up, easy to work with and who always show their best.
ITS is a diverse and inclusive platform looking for all types, sizes, shapes, heights and looks.

What we look for in an agency or client:
Reputation of the Agency or Client: We research the agency or client offering the job. Look for reviews, testimonials, and their track record within the industry. A reputable agency or client is more likely to offer legitimate opportunities and treat their models professionally.
Clear Job Description: We will ensure that the job description is detailed and transparent. It should outline the expectations, duration, location, compensation, and any other relevant details about the assignment.
Payment and Compensation: We will ensure their is an understanding of how you will be compensated for your work. We consider not only the monetary payment but also any additional benefits such as exposure, portfolio building opportunities, or potential for future bookings.
Model's Rights: We will ensure that the job contract respects your rights as a model. We will look out for clauses related to image usage rights, exclusivity agreements, and any other terms that may affect your ability to work with other clients or control your image.
Professionalism and Safety: We prioritize jobs that prioritize professionalism and safety. The working environment should be respectful, supportive, and conducive to your well-being. We do all within our power to ensure that safety measures are in place, especially for assignments involving travel or unusual working conditions.
Fit for Your Brand and Values: We consider whether the modeling job aligns with your personal brand, values, and career goals. All opportunities are brought to you however,
opportunities that allow you to showcase your strengths and interests while staying true to yourself will be highlighted.
Networking Opportunities: We will bring all valuable networking opportunities that can lead to future collaborations or career advancements to you. We consider whether the job allows you to connect with industry professionals who can help further your career.
Feedback and Reviews: We will seek feedback from other models who have worked with the agency or client before. Their experiences can provide valuable insights into what to expect
and whether the opportunity is worth pursuing.

This includes access to ITS and other professional workshops, training programs, or mentorship opportunities that can help our ITS Models, Actors and Entertainers enhance their skills and advance their career.
Gut Feeling: If something doesn't feel right we will seek further clarification and further information about the agency or client bring our concerns to you before committing. Your safety and well-being should always come first.
